Paul is a service-driven leader in property management and real estate, known for his commitment to excellence, education, and professionalism. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Austin Peay State University and brings both strategic insight and hands-on experience to his work.
As co-owner of PMI Greater Dickson and PMI Greater Nashville, Paul oversees residential, multifamily, and commercial operations across Middle Tennessee. A proud REALTOR®, he holds the CPM®, RMP®, ARM®, CRB, and GRI designations and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and the Greater Nashville REALTORS® (GNR).
Paul currently serves as President of the Dickson Chapter of GNR, contributes to multiple association committees, and has previously served as a Board Member of the Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, where he continues to advocate for education, ethics, and higher industry standards.

Glen is a seasoned accounting professional with more than a decade of experience in financial management and operations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Northwestern State University of Louisiana, combining academic expertise with a strong foundation in real-world financial administration.
As Business & Finance Manager for PMI Greater Dickson and PMI Greater Nashville, Glen oversees all accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, and expense management. His background as an Accounting Manager in corporate healthcare, where he helped develop accounting policies and lead finance teams, enhances his precision and leadership in property management.
Known for his accuracy, integrity, and commitment to operational excellence, Glen ensures the financial health and compliance of all PMI operations across Middle Tennessee.

Trevor is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in communications and client relations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising from Eastern Illinois University.
Before joining PMI Greater Nashville, Trevor served as Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Associate for several large multifamily communities in the Nashville area. His experience includes property operations, maintenance coordination, leasing, collections, and resident engagement—always with a focus on exceptional service and efficiency.
Recognized for his organization, professionalism, and people-first approach, Trevor plays a key role in supporting PMI Greater Nashville’s growth and success. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons.

Robin is a respected property management professional with more than 18 years of experience in leasing, financial management, and tenant relations. As Assistant Property Manager at PMI Greater Dickson, she brings deep expertise in rental operations, customer service, and office administration, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both tenants and property owners.
Throughout her career, Robin has served as Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, and Office Manager, overseeing large-scale residential portfolios. Her background includes rent collection, lease renewals, inspections, maintenance coordination, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Known for her attention to detail and organizational strength, she consistently enhances operational efficiency while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Dedicated, reliable, and relationship-focused, Robin is a valued member of the PMI Greater Dickson team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and exploring new places.

Tiffany is an accomplished real estate professional and Business Development Manager with extensive experience in property management, client relations, and business growth. As a licensed REALTOR®, Tiffany combines industry knowledge with a genuine passion for helping owners, investors, and residents achieve their goals.
Before stepping into her current role, Tiffany served as Assistant Property Manager with PMI Greater Dickson, where she built strong relationships with owners and tenants alike. Her approachable style, proactive communication, and commitment to excellence quickly set her apart as a trusted resource within the company.
Today, Tiffany leads new business initiatives, onboarding property owners, and expanding PMI’s reach throughout Middle Tennessee. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and people-first mindset, she plays a key role in fostering lasting partnerships and driving growth for the PMI brand.

Cash proudly serves as Chief Happiness Officer at PMI Greater Dickson and PMI Greater Nashville, where he keeps morale high and smiles constant. A spirited Weimaraner with a big personality, Cash also considers himself the company’s unofficial Chief of Security, diligently monitoring the premises for intruders, especially squirrels.
Known for his friendly greetings, impeccable snack timing, and ability to lift spirits during even the busiest days, Cash brings energy and joy to every corner of the office. When he’s not on patrol, he enjoys long walks, car rides, and well-deserved naps after a hard day’s “work.”

Alejo is our dedicated and goal-oriented Leasing Assistant at PMI Greater Nashville. With a strong background in customer service and a commitment to professional growth, Alejo supports our management team, assists tenants and owners, and contributes to our ongoing success. Alejo's training in RentVine, Process Street, and QuickBooks equips him with the skills necessary to thrive in the property management business.
His detail-oriented and client-centric approach ensures tasks are managed with precision and efficiency, while his proven ability to handle high call volumes and provide personalized solutions underscores his adaptability and commitment to industry best practices.

Jey Ann is a versatile and accomplished professional who brings a wealth of experience and skills to her role as Assistant Short-Term Rental Property Manager and Bookkeeper. With a background as a Short-Term Rental Property Assistant, Jey Ann has demonstrated a keen aptitude for the nuances of the short-term rental industry.
In her position, she will update property photos and captions on platforms such as Booking Automation and Airbnb, ensuring that properties are presented in the most appealing and accurate way to potential guests. As a co-host for property managers on various OTA's platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Expedia, she helps optimize the property's presence and performance across all booking channels.
Jey Ann also exhibits proficiency in lead generation and email marketing, using CRM tools to nurture leads and convert them into bookings. Her bookkeeping expertise, utilizing QuickBooks, plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the property management operation. In her free time, Jey Ann loves making arts and crafts and is passionate about stage design for special events.
